1. Who totally believes in you?
2. Who do you totally believe in?

These two questions are extremely crucial in the realm of destiny and achievement. We all have dreams. We all attempt to pursue those dreams through forests, hills and valleys. But in all these journeys of life, we need destiny helpers — people who totally believe in us, who fully have faith in the validity of our dreams, who will do whatever is within their means to always play some role along that journey into the future.

Such a person is Judith N. Okech (in the photo) about whom my dear friend and inspired leader Agatha Kisakye Kabugo wrote the following words:

“This girl has never tired to believe in me even when I seem crazy with my ideas. When I sold jewelry, she would buy even without pierced ears. When I sold baby clothes, she bought even before she had a baby. When I sold roasted nuts, she bought. When I sold peanut butter, her orders [came in]. When I sold honey, she called for some. When I sold children’s wall materials, she filled her staircase with them. When I sold fish, Judith ordered… When I started a school, she was my greatest cheerleader. When the school closed for some reasons, she told me not to let go of the dream…. I’m grateful that you see possibility in me…”

That’s a destiny helper. That’s a Judith! We all need Judiths.

  • Judiths encourage, inspire and believe in us.
  • Judiths give us another reason to believe in ourselves, in our dreams and in the goodness that still resides in people.
  • When you find them, don’t take them for granted. Appreciate them. Honour them. And let them know.
  • Such is my precious team at Inspired Leaders International and a few other people in my life.

That said, though, all of us equally have a divine obligation to be destiny helpers to others. We’re also called by Nature to also be Judiths to someone, to someone’s dream, to some vision beyond ourselves. That brings in the second question: WHO DO YOU TOTALLY BELIEVE IN?

Here is a key fact: Judiths don’t believe in our dreams because they have no dreams of their own to believe in. Those kinds of people actually often have greater-than-life dreams of their own but they believe that your dreams too are very valid and worth supporting. So, with your dreams believed in,

  • Whose dreams are you believing in too?
  • Whose dreams are you investing in?
  • Whose destiny are you fully helping while doing your own work?

Today, go out there and hold someone’s hand. Look beyond achieving your own goals and be a critical aspect of someone else’s future achievement. See beyond fulfilling your own dreams and add a component of giving someone a push towards their own destiny. That’s what I want to do to my team at Inspired Leaders International. That’s what all of us should do. Be a Judith to some Agatha, to some Martin, to some Benson! And we shall speed up the achievement of goals, the fulfilment of purpose, the success of visions.

So, here are the two great questions again:
1. Who totally believes in you?
2. Who do you totally believe in?
