Distinguished Mentors Masterclass

Very engaging conversations that build the mentorship knowledge and skills muscle.

Program Goal: To support the mentors through training in the dynamics of successfully implementing a mentoring journey that makes a positive difference in the life of the individuals involved and contributes significantly to the success of the sponsoring institution’s strategic agenda.”

Mentorship is one of the critical components of any people development framework in an innovative, strategic and dynamic institution. As one powerful form of human capital development, its purpose is to connect an individual who has a lot of knowledge and experience with someone who may not have gained the same knowledge or experience so that the latter may benefit from experience beyond their own, thus facilitating better productivity for the institution as a whole.

Aware that this mentorship relationship is crucial for continued growth and development, institutions often put in place a mentoring program to further support in the employee development, in which a pool of mentors is established to support in that program. Those mentors then are trained to appreciate how mentoring relationships work, before kick-starting such programs.

Inspired Leaders International can walk with you through all that journey right from conception of the idea, program design, mentors’ selection, mentees qualification, mentors’ training, mentees preparation, periodic program monitoring, among others.
