We use the Evocative Inside-out ACC Coaching Framework which is suited for leaders at the executive level. This is a revolutionary framework that focuses the coaching sessions on real lasting change from an inside look. This evocative Inside-out approach uses Coach Masters Academy’s proprietary framework known as the Awareness-Clarity-Choice Conversation (TM). It is a deep and focused coaching conversation that shifts the attention from situational awareness to personal awareness.

It is a science-based approach that builds on empirical research and practical field works to effect positive change. It is an integrative approach blending the science of Positive Psychology and Transpersonal Psychology with advanced adult learning theories, creating a unique framework that is applicable to a wide range of coaching contexts including executive coaching, leadership coaching, performance coaching, life coaching and career coaching.
