Who we are

Our Philosophical Story

The story of Inspired Leaders International is one of being inspired to lead and also leading to inspire! It all began with the acceptance that the difference between rapidly growing, highly-effective institutions and perpetually dwarfed, highly-ineffective ones is leadership or its lack thereof.

Then we got to realize that we had a special love for passionately helping ordinary people to become exceptional leaders, equipping those exceptional leaders to be undoubted agents of change, and setting those agents of change on fire to cause unstoppable transformation — wherever they are.

This realization of our ability actually invaded us. It came through unsolicited feedback from friends, family and plain strangers at hotel conference rooms, inside organizational boardrooms, and during open market business meetings. There was even an internal witness to the effect that that’s why we had been involved in being leaders and doing leadership for more than 20 years in different situations: homes/families, public service, business world, NGO environment, faith-based climates, and in social gatherings.

It was clear. The writing was on the wall: we were here to develop a certain breed of leaders who would selflessly develop other competent leaders for the betterment of institutions, communities and nations. So we focused on leaders — positional, functional and potential.
