Program

Training in Attitude and Personal Branding (TAP)

Enlightening Modules. Inspiring Sessions. Several Practical Exercises.

It is your attitude, not your aptitude that will determine your altitude. A team full of talented people but with very unsupportive attitudes will end up being a losing collection of capable but horrible beings! TAP seeks to ignite the mindset and attitude change process among participants for a more positive outlook that supports their personal success and institutional effectiveness.

It also empowers participants to embrace better self-packaging and professionally congruent personal branding for enhanced image –individual and organizational. It then unearths several limiting beliefs and patterns that cripple individuals and stop them from achieving the goals and targets they yearn for in life and work.

TAP handles issues such as the winner’s edge, attitude formation, attitude and performance, the winning companies, possibility for change, tri-dimensional constituents of attitude, self-belief, achievement dynamics, empowering beliefs, limiting patterns, personal beliefs analysis, pillars of personal branding, their relationship with professional conduct, facts about personal branding, dynamics of internal branding, self-packaging foundations, professional outlook, branding assurances, etc. At the end, the training will enable participants consider key success and effectiveness habits for improved productivity.

Because of its effective delivery and impact on the team, several entities have taken it on. Among them is the Housing Finance Bank which took the whole bank through this program, equipping all members of the 13 departments then, spending 5 days with each of the departments over a stretch of over 5 months. The organizational culture was tremendously shifted!
